Chronically Guessing

"What would be the perfect phone app for you to have on the phone in terms of helping with your health"

Wow sorry I've been mia it's been a bit crazy these last few weeks and I don't think it'll be slowing down any time soon!

Anyway on the note of our prompt for this week...

I would really love to just call up my body's operating system and ask "yo, what's up? What do you need today?" because most of the time u have absolutely no clue what it wants! In terms of an actual app I guess it would have to be some kind of monitoring system that connects to some kind of device in or on me that tells me everything I need to know like my heart rate, blood pressure, electrolytes, blood sugar ect. That would be amazing but I don't think there's actually anything that can do all that yet! Here's to hoping we get our answers soon. I'd like chronic illness to be as easy as possible but we've got quite a way to go considering that not all chronic illness have adequate reasearch but that's why us invisibles are here right? We'll make that difference!
