Survival Kit? More like Perish Kit for me.

Survival kit? Unfortunately that isn’t something I even thought of. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m kind of embarrassed. I should have one considering my health but for the most part when I feel I may need to pack a bag. My go-to items are as followed: extra undies, pads/tampons/pantyliners, wallet and appropriate cards, medications, phone charger, sweater, extra socks, light snacks, a water bottle and gum! Always need gum.

I never leave the house for more than a few hours without taking these or to an urgent care/E.R for that matter. I can usually fit everything in my mini backpack and I end up throwing everything in and in a haphazard way at-that. Considering my health and now finally realizing that’s probably not the best thing, I’m going have a bag ready from now on. 👍🏼
