Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith is from Los Angeles, CA and has cell sickle cell anemia - but he pushes its boundaries everyday. He joined Invisible Wave to help other people afflicted with chronic illness so that they can get the best care possible and spread awareness. Jessica

Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

Jess was diagnosed with multiple genetic autoimmune disease 6 years ago after battling a lengthy illness. She volunteers for Invisible Wave to give a voice to others that battle illnesses that are not always seen. She runs the Wave Rider interviews on our Instagram and leads the Outreach team helping bring encouragement to our followers!

Riya Chaudhry

Outreach Team Volunteer

Riya developed Fibromyalgia when she was 15 years old. She chose to volunteer with Invisible Wave to help uplift people battling invisible disabilities, raise spirits, and spread awareness. She is a big advocate to get the proper care for Young Adults with Chronic Conditions and wants to spread awareness for illnesses like Fibromyalgia.

Ashley Watson

Ashley is a mother to two children and three fur babies. She is an independent consultant and district manager with airbonne. She suffers from Neurological Movement Disorder, Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, Complex Migraines,  Lupus, , Dyaustonomia, and is a Stroke Survivor. She blogs weekly for Invisible Wave to help spread awareness!

Britney Courtright

Invisible Wave Social Worker

Britney is an associate clinical social who has been working in public child welfare for the past five years. Britney has experience working with individuals and families dealing with child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health issues.  She joined  Invisible Wave as a volunteer to help young adults with chronic conditions feel empowered and improve their mental health.

Jeni Rose

Outreach Team Volunteer

Jeni was diagnosed with chronic Hemiplegic migraines four years ago and currently is being for some other autoimmune issues. She joined Invisible Wave to help bring awareness and be a support system to so many others out there going through similar experiences.

Kira Haviland

Social Media and Branding Coordinator

Kira Haviland is a young stroke survivor and suffers from severe dysautonomic dysfunction as well as hemiplegic migraines. She is the Social Media and Branding Coordinator for our Instagram and runs the Sensitive Stomach Series along with the One Wave Series. She joined Invisible Wave for the chance to help others as well as telling her own story.

Selam Kidane

Invisible Wave Social Worker

Selam is a licensed clinical social worker and currently works in a Dialysis clinic in San Jose, CA.  Her passion for social work stems from her desire to help people improve their lives and strengthen their health literacy.  Her drive comes from her observations around chronic disease mismanagement in communities of color , specifically diabetes and hypertension in the African-American community.

Belinda Montalvo

Belinda is a medically disabled stay at home mom whose learning to love and take care of herself everyday.  She chose to volunteer for Invisible Wave because feels it's time the voices of chronically ill adults are heard. She blogs weekly for the blog of Invisible Wave to amplify those voices on social media platforms.  She feels a sense of community and loves it!

Jenifer Kulow

Outreach Team Volunteer

Jenifer is 22 years old and was diagnosed with lupus just over two years ago, but has dealt with chronic illness her entire life. She enjoys being outside and spending time her family and pets. She loves being part of Invisible Wave because she has a great system of support, education, and awareness.

Nikhil Bhagat

Executive Director

Nikhil helped start the the Invisible Wave movement in January 2020 with PPC . After seeing his sister struggle with Epilepsy growing up, his goal is to help get equal care and support for Young Adults with Chronic Illnesses. He is a film director repped by CAA and has written scripts for Sony and has a film set up a New Line Cinema/Warner Bros to direct.

Tim Murray

Graphic Artist and Designer

Tim Murray is an Illustrator, Concept Artist, and Creative Director based out of New Brunswick. Since 2008 he has been working in the Video Game Industry, and as a Freelance Artist. He joined Invisible Wave to help further the cause and get equal care for Young Adults with Chronic Illness through his graphic design and art contributions.
